![]() Bottom of metallurgical vessel
专利摘要:
This invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the manufacture of a converter bottom. The aim of the invention is to increase the durability of the bottom. The bottom of the metallurgical tank contains a metal plate 1 of the base and the lining of layers 2, 3, 4. Layer 2 is made of heat-resistant material, layers 3, 4 are made of refractory bricks. In the layer 4, gas-permeable refractory elements 5 are placed, enclosed in a side metal casing 7 and closed from the bottom by a metal plate 8 with a gas inlet. Between elements 5 and the refractory bricks of layer 4, bricks, made of baked magnesium oxide and impregnated with tar, are placed close to the metal casing 7. During the refining of the melt in the metallurgical tank, the bricks expand when heated and remove the refractory gas-permeable element 5, preventing the expansion of the metal casing 7 and erosion near the elements 5. This allows the bottom resistance to be increased due to reduced wear of the refractory gas-permeable elements. 3 il. 专利说明:
one-. This invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the manufacture of a converter bottom. The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the bottom. Figure 1 shows the bottom of the metallurgical tank, a vertical section j in figure 2 is the same, top view; on fig.Z - section aa in figure 1. The bottom of the metallurgical tank contains a metal plate 1 of the base and the lining of layers 2, 3 and A. At that, layer 2 is made of heat-resistant material, and layers 3 and 4 are made of refractory bricks. Some bricks of the layer 4, in contact with the molten metal, are replaced by refractory gas-permeable elements 5, formed by connecting 6 gas-permeable bricks, enclosed in a side metal casing 7 and closed from the bottom by a metal plate 8 with a hole dp gas supply. Tr, pipelines 9 for gas supply are inserted into the metal plate 1 and layers 2 and 3 of the lining through specially made holes. In order to avoid the danger of burning the bottom of the tank in the event of a metal breakthrough, impermeability between the pipelines 9 and the bricks of layer 3 is provided either by applying a thin layer of magnesium oxide powder to the pipelines 9, or by ingesting with an asbestos cord. The pipelines 9 are hermetically connected by means of a plate 10 to gas supply pipelines 11 connected to a switchgear 12 fed by a source of gas 13 under pressure. The gas-permeable refractory elements 5 are distributed along the intermediate ring 14 at approximately half the distance from one side of the oxygen jet impact zone 15 and, on the other hand, from the wall 16 of the metallurgical tank. Layer 4 is laid as follows. Two perpendicular central paths 17 are drawn on the layer 3, which coincide with the two orthogonal diameters of the bottom of the container, then fire-resistant gas-permeable elements 5 are placed at the intended places, after which they are laid over each This element 5 is made of bricks 18 made of a material that expands when heated, for example, from calcined magnesium oxide, and impregnated with tar. Then finish the manufacture of the layer 4 of refractory bricks 19 of the usual type. During operation of the device during the refining of the melt in the metallurgical vessel, the bricks 18 expand when heated and form something like a vice tightly compressing the refractory gas-permeable element 5, which prevents the metal from melting. housing 7, with the bricks 18 having a property of resisting compression and preventing erosion near the element 5. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in Fig. 3, the bottom of the converter contains twelve gas-permeable refractory elements 5, with eight elements 5 placed on tracks 17, and four such elements on quarters 20 of a circle 20. The invention can be used for other metallurgical tanks with bottom blowing. The present invention makes it possible to increase the durability of the bottom of a metallurgical vessel as a whole due to a decrease in the wear of refractory gas-permeable elements. 35
